RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Filing of monthly as well annual GST Returns. Monthly GST Payments.
  2. Bank Matters including issuance of LCs, Submission of Bill of Entries and Shipping Bills, Collection Documents, etc.
  3. Income Tax Appeals filed by the Company before various Appellate Authorities.
  4. Compliance towards provisions of the Export Credit Guarantee Scheme (ECGC).
  5. Compliance towards provisions of STP Employees Gratuity Trust Fund.
  6. Timely renewal of insurance policies. Filing and follow up of insurance claims pertaining to the losses suffered by the Company.
